What’s Stopping You from Singing? Tell Me Below.
You know that moment when you want to sing—but you don’t?
You open your mouth and… nothing. Or something small. Croaky. Hesitant.
It’s a whisper. Or you don’t even try. You just say: “Oh, I can’t sing.”
Not true.
But I get it.
Here’s what I hear from people all the time:
“I was told to mime in the school choir.”
“I used to sing all the time, but somewhere along the way… I stopped.”
“I feel stupid when I sing.”
“I’m scared I’ll sound terrible.”
“I don’t know what I’m doing and I don’t want to feel exposed.”
These aren’t excuses.
They’re wounds.
And they can heal.
Singing isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about using your damn voice.
It’s about saying, “I’m here. I feel. I want to express something.”
And if that feels terrifying? That makes sense.
Especially if you’ve been silenced, mocked, or ignored before.
But here’s what I also know:
You can come back to your voice.
At any age. From any starting point.
So I’m asking—genuinely:
What’s stopping you from singing right now?
Write it down. Tell me below.
No shame. No judgement.
Sometimes saying it out loud is the beginning of getting it back.
And when you’re ready to try—I’ll be here.
Helping you sing in a way that feels honest, safe, and real.
